Refund policy

We love the products we make and think you will, too. If you don't enjoy your first package from Native, let us know so that we can help you return or exchange your products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. 

In fact, we're so confident that you'll love Native that we'll even cover the cost of return shipping if you choose not to keep your first package. 

Please note that we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for individual mini and travel size products. In addition, expedited shipping fees and Native digital gift cards are non-refundable.

 

Yes! Exchanges are available on your first order from Native for 30 days after you receive your package. If you are interested in exchanging your deodorant, send a note to support@deodorantsdiscount.shop.

Please note that exchanging your deodorant will void the return policy. In addition, we're not able to accept exchanges for mini and travel size products.
